The idea of an online service marketplace platform was conceived in 2018. The idea was then explored, researched and solidified. Paidlancers.com is the solidification of that idea.


The first note-jotting expanded into multiple creative input. We respect every opinion, we consider every suggestion, we value every person in our team. This platform came together with the help of numerous individuals from multiple creative fields. We are a team of writers, bloggers, photographers, UX designers, developers, content creators and film-makers, all based out of different cities across the world. They have all helped in bringing together this holistic space that will appeal to the creatives, corporates, techies, academics, content creators, and other talent-seeking individuals the world over.


What we do is plain and simple. Through this dedicated and reliable platform, we connect discerning clients to talented, creative and ambitious professionals. Clients receive fantastic service and freelancers receive requests for providing their creative expertise. 

We believe in holistic. We can be involved in technology, but still be surrounded by nature’s beauty. Balance is essential.

Our Team

The Paidlancers team is a diverse one, to say the least. Diverse in professions, age, ethnicities, race, interests and hobbies. However, we have many things in common: such as, a love for books; for food; and for meeting people. We all met under different circumstances; at different moments; different scenarios; from different creative backgrounds; from different parts of the world; speaking different languages. Some of us communicated over the internet only, and have never met in person, and yet, we connected strongly, as we had a common goal, a passion for forming some sort of worldwide community of creatives. This gave rise to a platform that specialises in forming a community of creative people, where they can be found by clients who are seeking specialist services. We have all helped in bringing together this space that will appeal to the creatives, corporates and other talent-seeking individuals the world over.



Sandy M: Enjoys swimming, baking cakes, red wine. Carer for her godmother.

Somewhat lazy. She is the last one to join the meeting, but has very productive ideas. She is a mum and a teacher. Her garden skills are excellent. In her spare time, she writes social media content.

Mark B: Can pass for a 70s rock star (only in looks). Likes bleached flares and shades.

He is a psychologist turned UX agent. Believes noughties is the best time for the world. Crazy about pizzas. Has three sons who are starting to look like 70s stars too.

K: Armchair critic. Film buff. Coffee lover.

K: That’s what he likes to call himself. Likes working on computers, creating websites and video marketing. Recently joined a gym to chat with strangers about his new ideas.

Mindy B: Serial entrepreneur. Purposeful traveller.

Always busy. Literally, always. Churns out non-stop ideas. Enjoys meeting people. Favourite film: The Godfather.

Jim (Goaty) M: Shopaholic. Fitness freak. Never throws old phones away.

Very down-to-earth chap. Buys food for everyone. Takes his children to every sports activity in town. Watches Bruce Lee films over and over again. Not sure where his nickname came from as he is clean shaven.

Nikhil S: Develops websites and travels. Enjoys stringing an acoustic guitar in spare time.

Thorough pro who loves meeting people. Cricket and badminton are on this fitness guy’s sporting list.
